Rose-Ann was an accomplished and determined woman that raised 5 wonderful human beings. She's been wanting to transition to be with Frank for some time and it's good to see that peaceful transition. While all of you will feel the loss, there will be comfort in the relief of knowing she's in a better place and with Frank, Robert and Jim! The world is a better place because she gave us 88 years in it! May we all be so blessed!
