A faithful and compassionate man, Chuck passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville. He was born in Columbus to the late Robert E. and Myrtle (Stettler) Row.

He enjoyed athletics, fishing, reading, playing cards, gourd art, wood working and cabinet making. Additionally, he was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and participated in many Bible studies and Promise Keepers. Chuck will be remembered as a loving husband and father with a gregarious and magnanimous personality.
