A faithful and compassionate man, Chuck passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville. He was born in Columbus to the late Robert E. and Myrtle (Stettler) Row.

After graduating with the class of 1966 from Granville High School, Chuck was recruited to play baseball at Ball State and was a walk-on to their football team. He would later graduate from The Ohio State University with a degree in industrial sociology. “Charlie” was a versatile athlete participating in baseball, basketball, and football, and was captain of these teams. His athletic achievements earned him membership in the Granville High School Athletic Hall of Fame. Chuck was a staunch OSU Buckeyes and Detroit Tigers fan.

Chuck was a farmer and proprietor of American Ag Equipment, which imported hay bailing equipment from Norway. He enjoyed athletics, fishing, reading, playing cards, gourd art, wood working and cabinet making. Additionally, he was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church and participated in many Bible studies and Promise Keepers. Chuck will be remembered as a loving husband and father with a gregarious and magnanimous personality.
